A sailor/hunter.
He's all sculpted in Zbrush, along with the necklace rope and trinket. The rest, which is the eyebrows, forehead tattoo, forehead wrinkles, a subtle keylight hitting the right of his face, eyes, lip highlights, necklace/trinket inscription and general colour/texture corrections were all done in Photoshop.
